- The competition in association with News Of The World and Woolworths is open to all ages, those under 18 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Entries will be accepted from groups of two members and upwards

- The first prize is to win a record deal with George Thomas International Ltd t/a Brit Hit Records.
- There are three runner up prizes to win a day in a recording studio and record a demo track from the CD pack.
- The Record Deal will consist of at a minimum the production of a single for the winning entries and the digital distribution of that single via 200 download stores
- Entries should be submitted to George Thomas International 1 Winchester Place

Entries can only be accepted in the following formats and must be accompanied by a photo of the entrants, your entry slip with your reference number and contact details.
- The competition opens on 17th February 2008 and the last date for entries is 25th April 2008
- Competition winners will be announced no later than 31st July 2008
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, missing or late entries
- The competition is based in the UK and open to all EU residents
- Multiple entries are accepted
- Only one entry per entry slip
- Submissions cannot be returned
- Copyright in the entries and in the winning singles is owned by the promoters
- There is no cash alternative
- Entries will be judged by a panel consisting of representatives of JML, Pop Creations and an independent judge
- Entries will be judged based on artistic merit
